“I’ve used Landys a few times in the past , without making an account . I’ve always thought them very good . But This time I’m not at all impressed , Indeed slightly cross I placed an order last week for three things Order no 100945689 One C pot of moisturiser £14.40 Pharmanord Sea buckthorn caps 150 x2 @ 68.62 Totalling £83.02 Having debited my account the Next thing I get is an obscure email telling me something not available and I’d been refunded £28.59 I didn’t pay it too much attention as was very tied up with new puppy .. cutting the story short this amount of £28.59 relates to nothing .. I decided to wait till I’d received what you were sending me .. a little unclear what .. and I was becoming more suspicious by then as nothing added up I phoned you yesterday .. you had sent cream .. meaning you still owed mr money .. you got me to look at my pay pal account and yes you had by now refunded me for TWO x 28.59 Why this amount anyway ?! So you still owed me money ! You then sent along the rest of it .. I’m not unreasonable . But this is disgraceful ! If I hadn’t chased anything up I would still be owed money Also , I believe by law if you’ve ad advertised goods for a certain amount you should let them go at that price . I was slightly galled to see the items again available but at a higher price .. this is simply unacceptable .., It’s highly possible that all this is someone’s mistake albeit they should be retrained or something ! I like placing good reviews This is an honest account s as of it shouldn’t have happened I believe landys probably is very reputable but they need to sort out their order taking .. accounts and customer service and communication .. pull themselves together , sharpen up the way they do business . Do they want me as a returning customer or not ? Yes , I eventually had a full refund but only because pursued it . I had no proper apology nor offervv c of compensation of son kind It gave me.A considerable amount of trouble After this I ordered the capsules they didn’t send me from Amazon .”

“Although the ordering was efficient the despatch of the goods took a long time - about 7 days after ordering before goods arrived. Not really acceptable when some places do next day service.”

“Quick deliver but ridiculous packaging!!! I ordered a Clarins box set for my friend's birthday which you sent in a Jiffy bag! When it got here it looked like something out of a bargain bucket. The box was squashed and ripped on both sides. The products had all come out of the inner cardboard holder which was so buckled I couldn't get them to stand back in them again. I had to sellotape the box up and wrap it for my friend- it looked a right mess 😕”

“They dont have items in stock and they dont tell you that, so when you buy only half of your order comes to you. If I knew that I would buy somewhere else. You buy medicine not clothes so you want them to come to you quickly so you can start your treatment right away. I was waiting for over a week for items that where not in stock. Shame”

“They stock a great range (Wild Nutrition,) with keen prices, but delivery times are just too slow. Over a week before I received an email about the despatch of the 'in stock,' items I ordered? Not really what we expect from e-commerce sites these days. Please be more timely with your deliveries.”
