“Prompt and reliable service. I purchase mainly Solgar vitamins as they have an extensive choice. As I group my buys I tend to run up bills for well over £100 and wonder when I buy over a certain sum whether postage costs might be reduced as some firms do? Otherwise very pleased with service as goods well packed avoiding breaks.”

“I buy a particular bath oil from Landys twice, perhaps three times a year. My order always arrives in good time. It always comes well wrapped and so never damaged, which is important as it's a luxury item bought as a gift, but not over packaged.”

“I ordered a Mason Pearson Pocket Brush to be shipped to the United States from Landys. I was very impressed with how quickly I received it (less than two weeks) and how well it was packaged. The price was better than buying in the US, and since I was able to confirm through the Mason Pearson website that Landys is an authorized stockist, I was able to be sure the brush is authentic.”
