I ordered the products last Friday and I still have not revived it. I live in Spain and international postage normally takes 3-4 days. I didn't get a tracking number to follow where the package is either. I need to start an important treatment and this product I ordered is key in that treatment. A tracking number would have helped a lot or an indication to how long it would take to receive it.

Zero customer interaction. I received an email from Royal Mail telling me that they had been unable to deliver my parcel, however on the same day I received an email from Landys telling me that my parcel had been delivered. When I contacted Landy customer service by email to ask where my package was I did not receive a reply. The product was in a different shape container than advertised. This is a small point, given that the content and amount is the same, but in today's world of internet purchasing and ordering, there is little excuse to not advertise exactly what is being sold. All in all an extremely disappointing online ordering experience. I certainly can't recommend Landys and would hesitate to order from them in future.

Thanks for your feedback. I am sorry to hear about your disappointment and I can empathise. To address your feedback point by point: 1. The item had only recently changed shape and we had been waiting on Clarins to send us a new image! It has since been updated. 2. I am not sure how we sent an email saying the parcel had been delivered. We actually leave all emails regarding the actual delivery of the order to Royal Mail so this is quite curious and something I will have to research. The only emails we ever send concern the actual receipt and dispatch of an order and sometimes we get in touch with customers when we've not seen them for a long time. 3. I have searched our inbox and can't find any emails from you. We respond to all our emails within 24 hours so I am really sorry that somehow your email never arrived on our side. I am sorry to hear that you may not shop with us in the future, but hope I've addressed some of your concerns above. Mitesh

The delivery was delayed and I was only informed after querying this. The spray was blocked after three uses, very disappointing.

Order took 10days to arrive. Very very poor. I ordered a dog bowl at no extra charge from Amazon and it arrived in 24 hours !!!!!

Ordered perfume for a present which wasn't delivered. On enquiring was informed there was difficulty getting stock. Why allow you to order when not in stock. Was refunded but totally inconvenienced.

Paid on monday. Received the order the thursday of the following week. Unacceptable. I had read on the shipping terms page that it could take up to 1 week to send, which in itself is too long, but for the 48 hour delivery, this means it was sent on the following tuesday. In this circumstance where it takes over a week to send I read that it is customary to receive an email providing an update of when it would be sent as well as tracking information. I received none of the kind. I am truly disappointed because I feel I should have received it the thursday of the week I paid, and other similar online stores normally ship within 3 days, and mostly the next day. I needed the supplements I bought for short notice, and although that is not reliant on yourselves, I would have been able to start them a lot sooner had it been shipped promptly.

As yet I have not received my order which I ordered 8 days ago. I was only notified yesterday there was a problem. According to the FAQS if an order was going to be more than 7 days then the customer would be advised.

I write this review prior to contacting Landys customer service, so, for now, give the review rating of poor, due to the quality of product provided. Obviously if the experience can be improved by their response, I would like the ability to reflect which way this went. But back to the product review, The 100ml bottle certainly looked identical n packing quality and the Box and bottle appear identical to previous purchases. However, opening the bottle was a huge disappointment. The "fragrance" was almost non-existent. I had an empty bottle which had been lying around for a few months and that had more of a scent. On closer inspection, the underside of the plastic moulding on the 'Original' had some embossed serial/product numbers, missing on the Landys purchase. Also a clear plastic label, again with serial/product number was on the base of the original, missing on the Landys copy. If at some stage this was truly Million eau de toilette and had been watered down by a factor of 10:1, I would not be surprised.

We have been in touch with this customer. We suspect the item is faulty and have paid for a return of this item in order to replace it with a brand new one. We would never risk our 30 year reputation selling anything other than authentic goods.

The ordeing process and delivery of order pkaced was adequate, however, the order received was not what had been requested. Therefore, I would have to say I was disappointed with this service.

the vitamin I ordered was not sent and in it's place was a non vegetarian cheaper priced vitamin - after contacting your business, I had to send it back so they can replace it with the right one and hopefully re-imburse me for the postage

This chemist seemed to offer the cheapest Solgar vitamins I could find. So, for my first order, I requested three bottles; echinacea capsules, high dose vitamin D and high strength Co-enzyme Q10. My order arrived within four days at no extra charge, which was great. Unfortunately, when I took the bubble wrap off the third glass, screw-top jar I found the seal broken and the top glass section sheared off. When I tipped the contents of the broken bottle onto a plate, there were two small, sharp shards of brown glass in amongst the capsules and instead of the 100 vegetable capsules I was expecting to find, there were only 91. I wiped these clean of any glass dust and I'm using them. Disappointing, as it looked as though whoever wrapped the echinacea bottle in bubble wrap and placed it in a small cardboard box with the other two similarly wrapped bottles, must have known the bottle was broken. How else could the nine missing capsules have been removed before the package was delivered? Why would I want to try LandysChemist a second time? Mrs Diana Starte
